About Me
For over 13 years, I built a career in institutional finance—a world defined by analysis, quick decision-making, and risk management. Alongside that career, cooking was always my constant. The kitchen was where I relaxed, experimented, and showed care for the people around me. After long days on the desk, I’d come home and cook elaborate meals—it was where I could finally exhale.

For years, I treated food as a hobby, believing a demanding finance career left no room to pursue it seriously. Still, my interest in cooking went beyond creativity; it was about caring for people and understanding other cultures through ingredients. As my work in finance intensified, the disconnect between what I did and what energized me became impossible to ignore.

That pause became a turning point. I enrolled in culinary school, and poured over cookbooks, and said yes to any opportunity to cook for people - friends, family, clients. The work was physically demanding, but deeply fulfilling. I loved the discipline, quick pace, and constant learning—qualities that originally drew me to finance.

I'm so happy to share with you what I've learned along the way, and help you with weekly meal prep or pulling off an intentional gathering with as little stress as possible.
